The Retail Sales Representative (RSR) is the heartbeat of Purely Wireless! As the face of Purely Wireless and T-Mobile you will be assisting and selling new and existing customers with exciting products to connect them with their world!

Sales and Retail Performance

  • Retail Sales Representatives must execute store/team sales productivity to meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (“KPI”) and Monthly sales goals set by Purely Wireless and/or Metro by T-Mobile.
  • Retail Sales Representatives must execute planned strategies based on Weekly/Monthly Rankings data to achieve goals in the areas of new activations, accessory sales and customer service & retention.
  • A Retail Sales Representative must be up to date and knowledgeable on all services, promotions and products offered in your location, along with reviewing and learning any changes/updates to all services, promotions and products offered in your location.
  • Retail Sales Representatives must ensure that the “The Sales Process” is understood and followed with each customer opportunity.
  • Retail Sales Representatives will greet customers in a timely and appropriate manner. Proper retail/customer service behavior will be used in all customer interactions.
  • Retail Sales Representatives must be subject matter experts in all customer impacting programs from Purely Wireless and Metro by T-Mobile.
  • Retail Sales Representatives must clearly understand all active Purely Wireless and Metro by T-Mobile initiatives, promotions, and projects.
  • Retail Sales Representatives must participate in all tasks needed to complete initiatives, promotions, and projects.
  • Retail Sales Representatives must complete ALL required trainings within the expected timeframe requirements.
  • Retail Sales Representatives are responsible for accurately completing all daily tasks & duties including inventory counting, cash management, daily paperwork, reconciliation, and company policy compliance.
  • Retail Sales Representatives will report for work shifts in accordance with the store work schedule.
  • Retail Sales Representatives must be on time and READY to work at their scheduled location at their scheduled shift time.
  • Retail Sales Representatives are team players that are accountable for their personal actions with customers & employees of Purely Wireless.
  • Retail Sales Representatives must meet key deadlines for Projects, Trainings, and initiatives while ensuring that resources are being used to meet deadlines.
  • Retail Sales Representatives must complete ALL required trainings within the expected timeframe requirements.
